This role focuses on the
North Bronx , assisting eligible residents across
ZIP codes 10466, 10467, 10468, 10469, and 10470 . Your mission is to help customers eliminate their wireless bill if they qualify.
Responsibilities
Work in active, high-demand North Bronx neighborhoods
Educate residents about Lifeline wireless benefits
Conduct eligibility checks and document verification
Complete clean, compliant enrollments
Meet daily/weekly activation goals

Requirements
High School diploma or GED; advanced education or relevant certification preferred.

Previous experience in field sales, community outreach, or customer service preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working autonomously and in a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable with digital enrollment tools.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized.
Reliable transportation and ability to work locally.
Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
