Crane Operator - Construction Materials

We're looking for an experienced Crane Operator to support the movement and placement of trusses, lumber, and building materials in both a yard setting and on active construction job sites across the Austin area.
This role plays a key part in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently to support ongoing multifamily construction projects.
What You'll Do
Operate crane equipment to lift, move, and place building materials
Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
Coordinate with yard staff, drivers, and jobsite crews for safe and accurate lifts
Secure loads and follow all safety procedures
Assist with loading trucks and staging materials as needed
Support general yard and delivery operations
What We're Looking For
2+ years of crane operation experience (construction or building materials preferred)
NCCCO certification or equivalent preferred
Strong understanding of rigging, load charts, and safe lifting practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
