Front Desk Representatives
to support our mission of teaching life-saving water safety skills while delivering a
GOLDEN
experience for families. This role is ideal for friendly, organized, and reliablecandidates who enjoy working with people and are seeking opportunities to grow within a mission-driven team.

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Hours Required: Minimum of 2 shifts/week (Avg. shift length: 5 hrs/day)
What You'll Do
Greet and assist families in person, over the phone, and via email/text
Educate families on Goldfish programs, scheduling, and enrollment options
Complete registration, billing tasks, and daily reports accurately
Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations
Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old
Strong communication, organization, customer service skills and
reliability
Must be comfortable working with computers
and web-based systems
Able to
learn new technology
quickly and navigate Google Workspace platforms
Sales, customer service, childcare or hospitality experience preferred
Swim Instructor training and Lifeguard certification
required
as part of the role
Training & Growth
Paid training provided
Lifeguard certification is required while employed
Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment
You are paid for training time
