Job summary:
This is Associate BI Engineer role in Corporate Services Technology. This is a hands-on role where candidate will work closely with team leads and will have opportunities to learn different domain and skills under their mentorship.
Key responsibilities
Application development and testing, building data integrations between systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure high quality technical delivery
Hands-on Experience in designing reports/dashboards using Power BI.
Hands-on experience in creating data models in Power BI.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and data pipelines using Python
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and dashboards
Experience with Git/GitHub.
Assist in database migrations, upgrades, and patching.
Support month end and quarter end processes
Document process workflows, data flow diagrams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of industry experience
Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, and data visualization best practices
Strong hands-on experience with Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy, APIs, scripting)
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and in SQL (writing queries, joins, aggregations, stored procedures)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the finance industry.
