Palo Alto Engineer -
Responsibilities / Activities
The Customer has requested the support of a WWT security solution consultant to provide security operational support.
Implement and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewall rules based upon user requests
Implement and troubleshoot Cisco ASR IPSEC VPN tunnel configuration
Participate in pilot program to test Firemon firewall automation platform
Troubleshoot firewall-related incidents
The Customer is responsible for assigning tasks and supervising the performance of services by WWT personnel
The Customer will ensure adequate workspace, tools, hardware, and systems access necessary to perform services, including network access, VPN, LAN, printing, and facilities access
The Customer will provide parking and access passes as required
The Customer will provide access to relevant Business, IT, and Operational staff
The Customer will ensure compliance with all applicable safety and building regulations
The Customer is responsible for resolving issues not expressly covered by this SOW that prevent completion of services
The Customer is responsible for its business operations, products, services, and intellectual property
Personnel will comply with the Customer's published policies and procedures
Resources working on public or national holidays will receive paid time off or holiday compensation as required by local labor laws
