Daily Responsibilities: Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of makes/models Diagnose drivability, suspension, steering, electrical and engine performance concerns Utilize scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly to service advisors and management Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Perform road tests before and after repairs where needed Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area Contribute to a pisitive team environment Stay current on automotive technology and training opportunities Required Skills: Automotive Maintenance experience Automotive Repair knowledge Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification Experience with electrical systems Strong attention to detail and quality control Company Information: Ladysmith Tire & Auto is a growing full-service automotive repair shop in Ladysmith, VA committed to honest service, quality repairs, and a team-first culture.
