Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Clinical Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews of clinical documentation and coding for our clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance reviews of clinical documentation and coding for our clients
Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in documentation and coding
Collaborate with healthcare providers and coding specialists to resolve any issues
Stay up‑to‑date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to clients
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a remote work environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical quality assurance, coding, or auditing
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding guidelines
Experience with electronic health records and practice management software
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current coding certification (e.g. CPC, CCS, RHIT) preferred
Contract Details
This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours. The contract length is negotiable, with potential for long-term employment based on performance.
Location
This position is open to candidates located in Blaine, MN, USA or other remote locations within the United States.
