What You Will Do
Design and implement user interfaces using React to create seamless and engaging experiences.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional and appealing applications.
Utilize Figma for prototyping and design handoff, ensuring alignment between design and development.
Integrate OpenAI technologies to enhance application capabilities and drive intelligent user interactions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards of quality and user satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation strategies.
Ideal Candidate Background
2-10 years of experience in frontend engineering, specifically with React.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma for creating intuitive user interfaces.
Experience integrating AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, into web applications.
Strong understanding of web development best practices and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a startup environment.
Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs to facilitate full-stack development.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative coding.
Compensation and Benefits
