ROLE TITLE : CRM Integration Architect III
WORK ARRANGEMENT :
Hybrid with 2-3 days a month onsite. On-site planning events occur approximately every two weeks, with preference for attendance.
Remote work must be done from within Wisconsin.
The candidate must be a current resident of Wisconsin, or the candidate must be relocated by the start date.

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
This role is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise system integrations and application enhancements within an existing Salesforce environment. The position supports large-scale system consolidation and data migration initiatives, particularly within higher education systems.
The CRM Integration Architect III will work across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting, and user support. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and technical partners to ensure secure, performant, and scalable solutions.
The current project involves consolidating two Student Information Systems into a single Salesforce-based solution. This includes transitioning integrations, migrating data from an Oracle DBMS-based system, and expanding Salesforce functionality to support consolidated business processes.
