Job Summary
Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Essential Functions
Answer telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
Greet and direct visitors and guests
Take and retrieves messages for various personnel
Receive, sort, and disperse incoming mail
Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
Handle petty cash
Prepare bank deposits
Assist with invoicing and management with light daily administrative duties as needed
Scan of various types of documents
Light general office duties as requested by the business office
Call customers and distribute license plates and/or schedule pick up or delivery
Qualifications
High school diploma preferred
One year of administrative experience
Proficient all Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work autonomously
The
