Task Description:
Requirement for contractor services to automate its triage and handling of mail associated with Veterans benefits and to automate its FOIA processing.
Required skills/Level of Experience:
3+ years of RPA software experience, specifically with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation
8+ years of professional experience
2+ years of experience with AI/automation, analytics, business, technology or digital
strategy projects
Experience conducting BPR for IT software processes
Familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques.
Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
Ability to understand and communicate the concepts of the solution. This includes network requirements, event monitoring solution, ticketing system and the associated integration bridges between those systems
