The Captive Support Associate provides administrative and operational support to the captive insurance team. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and timely communication across internal teams, service providers, and captive members. This role offers:
Exposure to captive insurance operations and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain and organize captive program files, records, and documentation.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and routine correspondence.
Assist with premium audits.
Assist with renewal activities, including gathering required documentation and coordinating internal workflows.
Manage all captive shared email boxes to ensure timely responses and proper routing of inquiries.
Data & Documentation

Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
Track deadlines and ensure required documents are submitted on time.
Pull policies, loss runs, and endorsements from respective systems as needed.
Complete Premium Finance Requests & Funding Forms.
Complete Participation & Reinsurance Agreements for all captive programs.
Communication & Coordination

Serve as a point of contact for basic inquiries from captive members or internal teams.
Route questions to the appropriate team members and follow up as needed.
Support communication between the captive, service providers, and internal departments.
Compliance & Reporting Support

Assist with maintaining compliance records and regulatory documentation.
Help prepare materials for audits, board meetings, and regulatory filings.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior administrative or office experience is helpful but not required.
Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
Willingness to learn insurance, risk, and captive operations concepts.
Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $48,000 - $52,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
