Experience Required:
8+ years of experience in SDLC/TDLC
6+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing/Engineering
Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
Utility industry experience (ADMS exposure preferred)
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, LoadRunner Cloud, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar
Experience in performance engineering and monitoring tools (AppDynamics, CloudWatch, etc.)
Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like SOAP UI, Postman
Strong knowledge of Java or Python
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
Expertise in metrics gathering, dashboard creation, and performance analysis reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Execute performance testing across QA and production environments
Perform stress, spike, endurance, failover, and single-user profiling tests
Define performance testing strategies and non-functional validation approaches
Analyze bottlenecks and provide engineering recommendations
Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams
Support onsite-offshore coordination and delivery
