Title:
Member Services Representative
Responsibilities:
Opening/closing and maintaining credit union accounts
Open and maintain Individual Retirement Accounts
Assist members with a variety of Credit Union services and products
Assist members with legal accounts
Answer member inquiries via phone, email, and other online services
Process wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes check orders, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned
DNA/Fiserv Experience preferred
Originate, process, and close on consumer loans while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
Assist members with general loan questions.
Process credit card applications
Pay:
$21.00 to $23.00 an hour
Pay negotiable based on experience.
