Description

Supports inventory control governance by coordinating cycle count execution, investigating variances, and maintaining accurate inventory records across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and MRO. Supports the cycle count program scheduling. Analyzes inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and financial impact. Works cross-functionally with warehouse, production, and accounting to strengthen controls, improve accuracy, and support KPI reporting and cost efficiency initiatives.

Essential Job Functions
Coordinate cycle count schedules across all inventory categories.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure counts are executed timely and in accordance with procedures.
Review and validate cycle count results; investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
Track and escalate recurring inventory issues and drive corrective actions.
Prepare inventory reports including cycle count results, adjustments, and variance trends.
Support KPI reporting including inventory accuracy, count completion, and adjustment metrics.
Assist in quantifying financial impact of inventory discrepancies and material usage variances.
Ensure proper lot tracking, labeling, and inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems.
Document and track aged, damaged, or obsolete inventory.
Partner with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to resolve inventory issues.
Support audit and recall readiness through accurate documentation and adherence to control procedures.
Competencies and Skill Requirements

Education and Experience

Associate's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, or Business or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support.
Experience working with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for virtually entire shift.
Must be willing to work in cold, wet, and warm environments for extended periods of time.
Occasionally required to balance or climb.
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be willing to work some Saturdays.
