Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.50
Shift: Daytime shift available 7 days a week
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The position of an IT technician includes working with the end-user, infrastructure support, installation, and maintenance. An IT technician answers to the IT Manager. Must have good written and spoken communication skills. A bachelor's degree in any field of IT is sufficient for this position.
House Policies and Procedures and the Colorado Division of Gaming Rules and Regulations.
Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintain a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes the use of safety equipment. Incumbents are responsible for following safety procedures, and identifying unsafe conditions, as directed.
Weekly backup rotation
Backup Monitoring (Gaming and non-gaming daily checks)
Daily checklists
Monthly checklist tasks
Obtaining system versions
Obtaining backup validations and reports
Obtaining employee reports in all systems
Product installs and research
Installation of MS suites / Adobe / Gaming programs as needed
Research into new programs and hardware when appropriate and directed
Hardware installs
In/out processing of employees
Setup of new employees in monitored systems
Verification of new employees set up by other managers (CRC and CTL).
Cable runs
End user troubleshooting
Peripheral troubleshooting
Program troubleshooting
Escalations when appropriate to IT Manager or Sysadmin
On-call remote assistance scheduling
Usage of an on-call phone to be traded off with IT Manager. Schedule TBD.
Duties as assigned. Limited travel may be required for training or projects at other casino sites.
