Qualified candidates
MUST
be fluent in Spanish and English and have a Bachelor degree (4-year degree). Ideal candidates will have at least 6+ months work experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to efficiently multi-task, career focused, customer service oriented and eager to learn. Please note this is an entry level position into a company that promotes within.

Responsibilities:
Making outbound/receiving inbound calls on financial automotive accounts and assisting customers, who prefer to communicate in Spanish, with their accounts
Identifying root cause of customer delinquency or customer need to generate effective solutions for the company and customers
Conduct minimal skip tracing necessary to prepare account for next level of collections
Review and prepare contract and lease packages
Communicating with dealerships
Processing repossession of vehicles and working with 3rd party vendors to recovery units
Verifying information of potential customers for Credit Buyers
Become a productive member of the department
Maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude
Company seeks bilingual candidates who are outgoing, personable, possess a team player mentality, accountability and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. Must be career minded and have leadership skills.
