CTG's Fortune 500 client is seeking a Senior IT PMO Program / Product Lead to drive delivery of a large-scale Supplier Data Management initiative within a global procurement transformation program.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced Agile Program Leader / Scrum Master with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier data governance, and multi-ERP integrations.

Corning, NY or Charlotte, NC or Remote (with periodic onsite engagement in Charlotte or Corning), must be willing to work EST hours.

M-F 8am-5pm

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (minimum required)

Travel:

Up to 25% (estimated as 1 week/month in Charlotte, NC)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Supplier Data Management using

Agile/Scrum methodologies
Act as

Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

across multiple workstreams
Manage

supplier onboarding, data governance, fraud prevention, and risk integration
Drive

MDG and ERP integrations

(SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, PeopleSoft)
Oversee

data migration, cleansing, and deduplication
Lead

tool/vendor selection and implementation
Ensure alignment with

IT PMO governance, StageGate, and compliance requirements
Manage

program financials

(forecasting, funding, cost tracking)
Deliver

executive-level reporting

and stakeholder communication
Support

go-live readiness and transition to operations
Required Qualifications

7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience in

Procurement / P2P
Proven experience delivering

Supplier Data Management solutions
Strong background in

Agile delivery within enterprise PMO environments
Experience with

multi-ERP integrations and complex data ecosystems
Hands-on experience with:

SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, PeopleSoft
SAP Ariba, ServiceNow
Master Data Governance (MDG)

Strong knowledge of

supplier data governance, compliance, and fraud prevention
Certifications (Required)

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

or

PMI-ACP (active)

Preferred

PMP Certification
Experience in

Global Supply Management programs
Experience in

regulated or audit-driven environments
