Contract role in service delivery and operations team
Application support/Tech Analyst - Step under a DevOps Engineer
SDLC needs to be understood, the overall process of what it is, how it is developed and tested understanding the life cycle
They will be Supporting and maintaining applications for Security, Okta, CyberSecurity, etc.
Investment and banking experience would be a plus - but not mandatory
Looking for technical person who can do deep dive troubleshooting, this is a Level 2 role
Hands on technical and fix issues
Provides training to less experienced
Closely work with Dev team and participate in design
5-7 years of experience would be great but will be flexible based on skill set
Good Scripting knowledge and productions support environment (Python or Shell script will do, but will just have to understand the logic of scripting)
Exposure to Security is a big plus (Okta, Kubernetes, etc.)
These are not specific to must haves but needs to have similar experience
Monitoring tools, like Dynatrace and catchpoint - nothing specific
Java is not mandatory, anything will work
Cloud is Azure is a plus but any cloud will work
They are a combination of Linux and Windows
They use ServiceNow for ticketing system
On call - might work after hours or on the weekend
Open the code and understand it - multiple applications they will look at that is why no specific
