What You'll Do
Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards
Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities
Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports
Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance
Participate in training and company initiatives
This position requires travel to Kewanee, IL
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in building inspections
Current
ICC certifications ;
Plumbing Inspector License
required in IL
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards
Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans
Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software
