Position Overview:
The Identity & Access Manager serves as the primary IAM and IT systems resource during a strategic integration.
This role owns identity infrastructure, leads M&A technical workstreams, and maintains critical security and endpoint systems across a ~100-user hybrid enterprise environment.
The position operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as the key liaison between enterprise teams.
Responsibilities:
Identity & Access Management:
Administer and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including full user lifecycle management - onboarding, provisioning, and offboarding - executed through Freshservice ITSM.
Ensure identity governance, role assignments, and access controls remain aligned with security standards throughout the integration period.
M&A Integration & Security:
Lead technical execution of Information Security Assessments (ISAs) required to onboard legacy applications into enterprise ecosystem.
Coordinate directly with myIDM and ISA teams to validate documentation and drive cutover activities.
Collaborate with M&A Security team on security workstreams supporting the Siete Foods integration, ensuring newly acquired environments meet enterprise security requirements.
Currently facilitating decommission of the Obela sister domain as part of broader integration scope.
Endpoint Management:
Manage approximately 100 endpoints via Microsoft Intune and NinjaOne, including device compliance, policy enforcement, and lifecycle management.
Led the logistics of a 200-device laptop migration to infrastructure, coordinating deployment at scale across the organization.
Infrastructure & Server Administration:
Perform Windows Server administration including routine management, patching, and health monitoring.
Maintain Varonis Data Security Platform auditor health to support data access governance and compliance requirements.
Provide network connectivity troubleshooting and escalation support as needed.
Disaster Recovery:
Maintain and monitor Rubrik-based disaster recovery services, ensuring continuity of backup operations and DR readiness across the environment.
Cybersecurity:
Maintained CrowdStrike endpoint protection integration through transition to Comanaged operations.
Support ongoing security posture aligned with enterprise standards.
Active Migration Projects:
Migration of data and collaboration workloads to SharePoint.
Full migration and decommission of the domain into tenant.
Decommission of standalone Entra ID tenant.
Decommission of the Obela sister domain.
