Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Support Services Specialist on behalf of our client, a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and wellness benefits. This role is essential to maintaining efficient day-to-day office operations by supporting administrative functions, managing mail services, and ensuring accurate data processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Scan and index documents and forms accurately
Sort and distribute incoming mail in a timely manner
Prepare and process outgoing mail
Verify and update addresses for returned mailings
Manage fax communications and printer queues
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Maintain organized records and filing systems
Support general office operations and administrative tasks
Adhere to company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
Embrace and adapt to new systems and processes to improve efficiency
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements include:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
Administrative experience including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry required
Member service or customer service experience preferred
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Certifications:
HIPAA Privacy and Security Training required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Knowledge:
Understanding of general office procedures and administrative processes
Familiarity with handling confidential and sensitive information
Basic knowledge of mailroom operations and document management systems
