Senior Test Lead / Test Manager

to join our client's team and drive test strategy, governance, and release readiness across customer-facing and agent-facing platforms. This is a

Your Role & Responsibilities

Provide portfolio-level test leadership across Salesforce, mobile applications (iOS & Android), APIs, and backend systems
Own test planning, governance enforcement, and release risk management
Ensure end-to-end system integration testing and complex environment coordination
Serve as the single point of accountability for portfolio test readiness and release risk visibility
Lead cross-team communication and executive-level status reporting
Guide offshore QA teams (manual and automation) across multiple vendors without direct people management
Act as the escalation point for quality issues, delivery risks, and process deviations
Partner closely with product teams, architecture, release management, and enterprise quality leadership
Coordinate testing across concurrent initiatives, including major Salesforce platform transformations (e.g., Salesforce Field Service, CIS replacement)
Drive continuous improvement in automation strategy, KPIs, and testing efficiency
Skills & Experience You Should Possess

8-10+ years of experience in software testing with strong leadership or portfolio-level responsibility
Proven experience as a

Test Lead, Test Manager, QA Lead, or Portfolio QA Lead
Deep expertise in test strategy, governance, system integration testing, and release readiness
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and enforce process adherence
Experience working in large, complex, matrixed enterprise environments
Salesforce ecosystem testing experience strongly preferred (ERP experience acceptable)
Comfort leading vendor-heavy, offshore testing models at scale
Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with AI-enabled or modern testing practices
Prior work in regulated industries (utilities, healthcare, financial services)
Exposure to large-scale platform transformations or system replacements
Strong automation mindset with a focus on efficiency and release velocity
Tools & Technologies You'll Work With

Jira with Xray (test & requirements management)
Automation tools: Playwright, Appium, Karate
Mobile testing on Sauce Labs
API & backend testing (Apigee, Kubernetes, Informatica)
Salesforce (core platform + Field Service)
Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted tooling
Education & Certifications You Need

Nice-to-have certifications:

Salesforce certifications
Agile / SAFe certifications
ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
