Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Highway Flaggers to support traffic control operations on roadway and construction projects in the Little Rock area. Safety is our top priority. This position does
not
require prior experience-training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Control and direct traffic safely through construction or maintenance zones
Use flagging equipment and hand signals according to safety standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, crew members, and supervisors
Maintain awareness of surroundings to protect workers, motorists, and pedestrians
Follow all company, state, and job-site safety policies and procedures
Remain alert and focused for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions
Requirements
Valid driver's license (required)
No prior flagging experience required
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Ability to work long hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious mindset
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical Demands
Prolonged standing and walking
Repetitive arm movements
Ability to remain alert for extended shifts
