Description
Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Overhead Electric Distribution Foremen for projects in the Orlando, Winter Garden, Clermont, Kissimmee, Lake Wales, Wildwood, and Ocala, FL areas. Team Fishel Foremen effectively lead our field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.
Responsibilities
Provides leadership for various sized crews
Ensures accuracy of time sheets and expense reports
Maintains crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.
Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards
Ensures safety practices are observed by all Teammates
Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
May work independently performing site surveys for estimates or quality assurance
Requirements & Qualifications
Demonstrated overhead electrical distribution construction experience
Must have previous experience working from blueprints, and specifications
