PGS Worldwide is seeking a Data & AI Specialist in Grand Prairie, Texas for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position supports the design, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions that use artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve business performance. The role bridges data engineering, analytics, and AI model development to help teams identify trends quickly and build scalable intelligent solutions.

Ability to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems
Preferred Skills
Experience developing AI bots to improve efficiency and identify trends quickly
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI-driven improvements
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and AI initiatives
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive use cases
Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
Monitor model performance and retrain models to maintain accuracy and relevance
Support data quality, integrity, and governance across systems
Help teams use AI solutions to identify trends and improve efficiency

Monday through Wednesday onsite
Thursday remote
