About Our Client:
A large Radiology and Imaging practice with 10+ locations is looking for a Medical Receptionist and patient greeter for their clinic in Wayne, NJ to be the face of their practice.
Job Description:
They will manage high-volume patient scheduling, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service and maintaining front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls
Patient check in
Utilize the scheduling system to accurately input and update information.
Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
Prior medical scheduling or insurance knowledge (preferred).
Strong phone-based customer service skills.
Additional Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm
Rotating Saturday Mornings (every 6 weeks)
