Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a
VSoft Platform Implementation Engineer
to join their team. You will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Infrastructure and DevOps teams supporting a
major VSoft implementation .
The ideal candidate will have experience with end-to-end VSoft implementations and help guide us through the process.

100% Remote - (Hybrid Onsite in Raleigh, NC preferred)
Pay Range:
Market Rate

What's the Job?
Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems and services.
Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent future incidents.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of new features.
Support incident response and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system uptime.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in system administration, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
