Position Summary:
Works with the Operations team and third-party suppliers to maintain optimum levels of inventory to fulfill demand. Creates, maintains, and reports on item master data, purchasing data, and inventory levels to help the team plan effectively.
Position Responsibilities;
Establishes purchasing and supply chain procedures for all material within the manufacturing system.
Ensure purchase orders have correct pricing, freight charge, and requested delivery dates.
Works with operations and office teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct weekly inspections of trailer lot and report conditions and trailers preloaded to carrier dispatchers.
Prepare daily shipping reports and keep order status updated on production/shipping schedule.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels of critical items.
Support and use material requirements planning as directed by SCOLM.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Associates/2 years Technical
1-3 years Supply chain related field or a manufacturing enviornment.
Prior knowledge in enterprise software preferred.
