About the Role:

As a valued team member, you will provide administrative and scheduling support for Aging services. Work with nurses to maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for client service needs. Complete program communications and administrative tasks in an efficient and quality conscious manner. Provide calendar management and other administrative support to the Director of Aging Services and site teams as required. Provide backup support to other admin roles as required.

Qualifications:

A high-school diploma plus specialized training in business or related fields is required. A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience in a social service or health care setting is required. An associate's degree in business or related field is preferred along with specialized training and strong administrative or clerical experience. CPR and First Aid certification are also preferred.
