We are currently hiring for a senior
AI/ML Architect
role requiring 10-15 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Enterprise Architecture, with strong expertise in LLM-based knowledge platforms and RAG architectures.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Required:
Architecting and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector search platforms
Designing LLM-powered knowledge systems for enterprise use cases
Strong hands-on experience with:
Python
Azure Cloud ML platforms
Vector databases (Pinecone, DB Vector, or similar)
LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
Embeddings and fine-tuning techniques
Experience with document chunking, knowledge graphs, and vectorization strategies
Expertise in Document AI, NLP, and unstructured data processing
Strong architectural experience in:
Data pipelines
APIs and event-driven systems
Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Security-by-design principles
Prior experience in financial services (preferably commercial real estate credit, servicing, or asset management) is highly preferred
