Hygiene Assistant – Full-Time | Ardente Dental | Rotating 4-Day Work Week
Ardente Dental is seeking a motivated and dependable Hygiene Assistant to join our team and work closely with the doctor in providing care for patients of all ages. This is a clinical support role and is not an expanded function hygiene position. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, team-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced dental environment.
Schedule
Full-time position with a rotating 4-day work week
Week 1: Monday–Thursday
Week 2: Tuesday–Friday
This schedule provides a 4-day weekend every other week.
Duties & Responsibilities
Seating patients and preparing treatment rooms
Updating medical histories
Taking dental radiographs
Coronal polishing
Fluoride application
Writing clinical notes
Room turnover and cleaning
Sterilization and infection control support
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with patients of all ages
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask in a clinical setting
Prior dental experience is a plus, but not required
