
Bank Call Center Agent - ON SITE

We are seeking an on-site Call Center Agent to join our Operations & Customer Support team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced banking environment. You will serve as a primary contact for customers via telephone, providing accurate account support while helping deepen customer relationships.
This is an entry-level banking opportunity, with strong preference for candidates who bring approximately one year of banking or call center experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls in an on-site call center
Provide accurate information regarding bank accounts, transactions, and services
Complete telephone banking transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
Research customer issues and resolve problems efficiently
Escalate complex issues following bank procedures
Promote banking products such as deposit accounts, online banking, mobile banking, and debit cards
Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards
Support bank operations projects and team initiatives
Deliver professional, courteous service - even in challenging situations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Banking experience or call center experience preferred (1 year ideal)
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to remain calm and professional with frustrated customers
Dependable attendance for an on-site schedule
Physical & Work Environment
On-site office and call center environment
Ability to sit for extended periods and use a telephone headset
Standard weekday banking hours
