Provide basic IT assistance to end users and the IT department
Track maintenance schedules and manage inventory for equipment and software
Order, set up, and deliver desktops, laptops, and mobile phones to staff
Travel between LIFE Pittsburgh locations for equipment setup and field service support
Gain hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, and Office365
What We're Looking For:
General knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office365
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for IT

What We're Looking For:
