Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking IT Technician - Tier II for an exciting opportunity in Belvidere, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier II technical support for library IT systems (workstations, printers, servers, Wi-Fi, and public access computers)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Support and maintain print release station systems and related payment/print issues
Perform system maintenance including updates, patching, and reimaging
Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations
Provide on-site support across multiple library branches as needed
Collaborate with IT leadership and library staff to resolve issues efficiently
Support Active Directory, routers, cameras, printers, and peripherals
Requirements:
3+ years Tier II IT support experience (public, education, or library environment preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking
Experience with printers and print management systems
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and Active Directory
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tickets and support requests
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Warren County
