We are seeking a talented Full Stack Java Developer with 2-6+ years of experience, preferably from the banking industry, to join our innovative team in the NYC area. Required Skills:
2-6+ years of hands-on Java development experience in web applications and backend systems, ideally within banking or financial services
Proven experience working with RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server-schema design, SQL tuning, and performance optimization
Strong familiarity with Linux environments
Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch)
Experience participating in system monitoring, incident response, and high-availability system design
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively independently or collaboratively across multiple projects
Authorized to work in the U.S. without any visa transfer or sponsorship required
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with banking industry-specific applications or financial processing systems
Knowledge of automation and scripting tools
Understanding of back-office banking operations and compliance considerations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant banking industry experience totaling 2-6+ years

Must reside locally in the NYC area and available to interview and work onsite
Availability to work beyond regular hours based on business needs
