What You'll Do as a Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate:
Perform
final inspections on furniture to ensure quality and appearance standards are met
Stage
products for shipment in an organized and efficient manner
Wrap
furniture to protect it during transport
Load
furniture onto trucks for delivery
Transport
parts across the Mill and Factory buildings to the correct departments or storage locations
Handle
a variety of furniture types, including upholstered pieces and wood casework
Lift
and move heavy items throughout the day (up to 75 lbs.)
Follow
safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe workspace
Our Ideal Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate:
Experienced:
Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus; forklift experience is preferred
Team-Oriented : Works well with others in a collaborative warehouse environment
Reliable:
Shows up consistently and takes responsibility for getting the job done right
Physically Capable:
Comfortable with lifting, moving, and staying active throughout the day
Detail-Focused:
Ensures products meet quality standards before shipment
Safety-Conscious:
Follows proper procedures to maintain a clean and safe workspace

Open to learning new skills, cross-training, and growing within the company
What We Offer Our Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate:
$18/hour+ based on experience
Monday-Thursday 6:30 am-4:00 pm, Friday 6:30 am-10:30 am schedule
