Akkodis is seeking a
Master Data Analyst
for a
Contract
position with a client in
Scarborough, ME . This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of Global Master Data, including Material Master and Standard Costs, across multiple enterprise applications. The information maintained in this role supports critical operations across Total Diagnostics divisions and multiple corporate and functional teams.
Rate Range:
$35/hour to $40/hour
on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Master Data Analyst job responsibilities include:
Create, update, and delete Material Master and Standard Cost records across multiple enterprise applications.
Receive and analyze master data requests from multiple sources to initiate material creation and updates.
Investigate request details and assess downstream impacts across systems and functional areas.
Act as a liaison with subject matter experts across commercial and manufacturing sites to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
Ensure strict adherence to divisional and departmental master data governance rules.
Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) in response to business and regulatory changes.
Communicate master data issues clearly, professionally, and promptly to a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Support enterprisewide technology and software deployments to ensure smooth integration and onboarding related to master data.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience working with SAP for master data maintenance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
8+ years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably in a complex, dynamic enterprise environment.
Strong analytical skills with ability to assess system interdependencies and downstream impacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and urgent timelines.
Education Requirements:
Associate's Degree required (13 years of education).
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Pay Details:
$35.00 to $40.00 per hour
