Position 1
• Work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and translate to design
• Source code development
• Unit test case development
• Functional/system integration testing support and Deployment
• Integrate component design
• Support production as needed and meet development schedules
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 8+ years of experience developing web-based applications
• Minimum 6+ years development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
o Must be strong with Spring Boot, Java lambda expressions, OOAD design patterns, writing REST api Micro-services and using AWS components: s3, ECS/EKS, Lambda, SQS/SNS
• Experience with multi-threading using core Java libraries such as the Executor framework.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis
• Experience using and implementing RESTful web services using Micro-services
• Experience with JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML.
• Knowledge of with AJAX techniques and modern JavaScript libraries like jQuery
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON
• Strong understanding of SQL database design and stored procedures
• Familiarity with Web application security considerations
• Prior experience developing property & casualty (P&C) applications a plus
