Our client's HelpLine team has a few projects in mind that this candidate will be managing (supporting Internal Teams, Community Engagement, and Service Management to name a few).
Candidate needs to be someone with IT/Engineering background supporting data/contact centers will be a good fit. This person will not be doing any engineering work but understanding of how things flow in this environment will help them succeed.
