This position is for a Security Engineer specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The role involves managing the data security posture and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity, data governance, and information risk
Familiarity with DLP, data classification, and data lifecycle management tools and concepts
Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in evolving environments
Additional familiarity with DLP, data classification, and data lifecycle management tools and concepts
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage and enhance the data security posture management system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection compliance
Monitor and report on data security incidents and implement corrective actions
