Nesco Resource is looking for an Operator-Secondary Ops in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift:
Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM
Pay:
$19-$22/Hour Depending on experience
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Production Associate to support the forming and production of precision medical device components. This role involves hands-on manual work combined with machine operation in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods, following detailed work instructions, and completing production documentation accurately.
Responsibilities
Form small medical device components using hand force (up to 10 lbs.)
Follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
Read and complete router steps, labels, and production documentation
Set up and adjust equipment to required specifications
Perform quality checks using microscopes and measuring tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work are
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Support departmental quality and workmanship goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous microscope inspection or assembly experience preferred
Experience using micrometers, gauges, and calipers
Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
