What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and FastAPI to support high-performance applications.
Implement and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes to ensure scalability and reliability.
Utilize MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval, optimizing database performance.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
Monitor and visualize system performance metrics with Grafana, ensuring optimal functionality of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities using OpenAI technologies.
Write asynchronous Python code and utilize tools like Temporal and SpiceDB for enhanced application workflows.
Ideal Candidate Background
2-5 years of experience in backend engineering or infrastructure roles.
Proficiency in Python and FastAPI, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
Solid understanding of database technologies, particularly MongoDB, and performance optimization techniques.
Preferred
Experience with monitoring and visualization tools, especially Grafana.
Knowledge of AI integration and experience with OpenAI technologies.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile development practices.
Compensation and Benefits
