Program Manager - REMOTE
Program Manager is responsible for assisting with developing and executing core projects and programs.

Responsibilities

Assist with development and execution of business plans for strategic programs and initiatives

Work closely with various business units, cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of initiatives

Conduct analysis, assess market needs, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics

Engage with leaders to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metrics

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

2 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Ability to work in a largely self-directed environment

Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.
