We are looking for a Virtual Travel Support professional to assist clients with their travel needs in a fully remote, work-from-home environment. In this role, you will provide guidance, manage travel-related requests, and help ensure clients feel informed and supported before, during, and after their trips.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual support to clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

Assist with travel bookings, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests

Share clear information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and internal processes

Track upcoming travel and proactively communicate with clients when necessary

Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive client experience

Ideal Candidate
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or virtual support roles preferred

Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently in a remote, virtual environment

Willing and able to learn booking systems and digital tools

Enthusiastic about travel and helping others travel with confidence
