Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.**Key Responsibilities** Partner with client stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical designs Apply **critical thinking and problem-solving skills** to troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions **Required Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)**Healthcare industry experience (required)**Strong experience with **SQL** for querying, data analysis, and reporting Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
Experience working with **SQL Server**, including data structures and performance considerations Experience with **Visual Studio** and **SSIS** for report and data integration development Demonstrated experience in **report writing and data analysis** Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Working knowledge of **Oracle Health (Cerner)**, **MEDITECH**, **Epic**, or other EHR platforms **Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications** Demonstrated proficiency with proprietary EHR reporting tools such as Experience with **automation tools or scripting frameworks** (e.g., Boston Workstation, Summit, or similar) Experience supporting large-scale healthcare IT or analytics implementations Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role Team or project leadership experience At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
