This full-time employment opportunity is located in Kennewick, Washington and would allow you to support Cornerstone Wealth Strategies Financial Advisors associated with LPL Financial. The financial advisors operate under our Employee Advisor Model. You will join a team that is dedicated to helping clients in every stage of their financial life. This exciting position will allow you to grow your career and by helping the people and families that look to our Financial Advisors for financial solutions. You will be required to be on site at Cornerstone Wealth Strategies supporting the advisors and office.
Cornerstone Wealth Strategies is a financial planning and investment management firm located in Kennewick, Washington. As a boutique firm, we specialize in providing comprehensive, personalized financial planning and wealth management services. Our team of fifteen advisors and support staff operates in a highly efficient, team?oriented environment designed to deliver a unique and deeply client?focused experience. Responsibilities:

Meet with current and prospective clients to understand their financial goals by developing and implementing financial plans and investment strategies to clients.
Conduct routine reviews of client portfolios, discussing performance, rebalancing needs, and market conditions.
Assist with taking orders and submitting trades for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding client service.
Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
Assist in business development activities, including prospecting, networking, and charitable involvement.

Requirements:

FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses.
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a client-facing or support role.
Bachelor's degree.
Core Competencies:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients and coworkers.
Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment products, and retirement solutions.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
