Role
The Product Manager role is critical to accomplishing our mission, driving product strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be very clear-minded, collaborative, data driven, and outcome focused. You'll help own, execute, and deliver device and 3rd party systems integration working closely with device vendors and 3rd party software providers. You will be managing and executing product vision and deliverables working closely with engineering, program management, UX, and partner teams to foster the best experience for our users. You have the attitude to take risks, clarity in decision-making and a sense of pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Rigorously set and measure success metrics and KPIs, that support data driven decisions to drive production prioritization and deliverables
Work collaboratively with Engineering leaders to adhere to product release cadence
Work with program management organization (PMO) to ensure product releases and customer commitments are met in time and with quality.
Contribute to the overall product strategy, roadmap, and manage prioritization and trade-offs against developer experience, customer experience, and time to market
Execute product roadmap with a defined cadence to ensure customer delight and on-time delivery
Collaborate with customer support, product marketing, go-to-market teams to ensure product features and deliverables are communicated
Focus on Supply Chain Visibility and Intelligence features for Assets, Logistics and Inventory
Maintain a customer and innovation driven product roadmap
Interface with Engineering teams to drive product requirements and prioritization
Understand device integration models such as Device to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud, Push and Pull models
Collaborate with UX, UI and Cloud stack teams to deliver device integration outcomes
Participate in Engineering Design Discussions and provide feedback/insights looking at from Customer and Product lens
Ability to understand deep technical aspects with integration platforms
Develop and maintain devices catalog and collateral Data sheets, Certifications and Device Specifications
Collaborate with customer support, product marketing, go-to-market teams to ensure product features and deliverables are communicated
Research and strategize the device ecosystem expansion plan by conducting market research, vendor research and customer future needs
Contribute toward establishing Device ecosystem capability into a center of excellence
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
4-6 years of demonstrable Supply Chain Product Management experience
Familiarity with ERP Systems and/or Material, Finished Goods, WIP, Orders flows is a plus.
Ability to translate customer requirements to user stories working with customer experience team to provide a user story package to engineering team
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product and customer experience
Excellent verbal and written communications with excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to work with teams across multiple geographical locations and time zones.
Experience with platforms and development tools
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
