Trade Show Event Coordinator
We are seeking a Trade Show Event Coordinator who will assist in coordinating all aspects of our client's hospitality during their trade show program and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities and duties include coordinating trade show shipping logistics, ordering client trade show services, partnering with business development managers to manage client accounts, and effectively communicating with team members throughout the trade show process. Typical hours are 8am 5pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekends needed during shows, and flexible start time. Requirements include some college or equivalent experience, comfort with technology, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to handle the pressure of a deadline sensitive environment, a quick learner, willingness to learn the trade show industry, ability to work overtime during busy season, field occasional weekend calls, light lifting, and travel to trade shows when necessary.
