Janitorial Supervisor

GDI Integrated Facilities Service - 650 Miller Road - Responsibilities: Oversee, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe and the customer's quality expectations are met or exceeded; Designate shift and area work assignments; Manage and employee relations or performance issues quickly and appropriately. Document and report to management or HR; Review employee timekeeping to ensure compliance with timekeeping rule and complete payroll documents to ensure all employee time is paid correctly; Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify any quality concerns or project work needed; complete and submit inspection reports
